Dram of the Lords – Freyr – MacDuff 14 yo, nu beschikbaar

Vanaf nu is de eerste Dram of the Lords beschikbaar in de winkel.

Voor onze eerste Dram of the Lords selecteerden we een MacDuff van 14 yo, gebotteld op 50 abv (refill sherry cask). Hij werd opgedragen aan Freyr, de noordse God van vruchtbaarheid, regen, zonneschijn en groei. daarmee eren we de landbouwers die al zo lang het gouden graan kweken, waar we onze whisky mee kunnen maken.

De eerste Dram of the Lords

Binnenkort lanceert Lord of the Drams een eerste eigen onafhankelijke botteling: de Dram of the Lords.

Wat het zal worden, verklappen we nog niet. Enkel dat het ene 14-jarige Schotse single malt zal worden.

Reserveer alvast een gaatje in je agenda voor twee leuke whisky festivals. Het laatste weekeinde van oktober (29 en 30-10) vind je Lord of the Drams op het Spirits of the Sea festival in Koksijde (www.spiritsofthesea.be).

Een weekje later staan we in Leuven in de Sportoase, voor het Spirits in the Sky festival; het festival bij uitstek voor de liefhebbers van whisky, cognac, rum, grappa, en andere distillaten. Meer info op www.spiritsinthesky.be.

Op 11 juni staat Lord of the Drams bij Mettepenningen Megadrinks (Krijgsbaan 247) te Temse (B). Dit tussen 14 en 18 uur.

Lord of the Drams op Highlandgames Linter

Op zondag 5 juni gaan de DHL Highlandgames te Linter opnieuw door. De games gaan van start om 12.00 uur, en toegang is gratis.

Daarnaast zal er ook een Schotse markt zijn, en zijn wij natuurlijk van de partij met een uitgebreide whisky bar.
